Why won't Netscape open my Mail-In PDF?
Netscape versions 6 and 7 do NOT support Adobe Acrobat PDF FORM files. You will be able to open regular Acrobat PDFs within Netscape 6 and 7, but not Acrobat Forms (FDFs). The Mail-In entries on this website are in FDF format.

We have found a solution that should overcome Netscape's problem, please try adjusting your FDF file type settings:

Open Netscape 7 and go to your desired web page.
Click on any PDF/FDF link on that page
(For example, the "Mail-In" button on the trial entry page.)

An option window will pop up asking you what you would like to do with this file.

Click on Choose.

In the next window that pops up, click on the drop-down box (1)
and select where Acrobat Reader is installed (2).
(Most often installed in this directory ---> C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Reader)

Once you are in that folder, select AcroRd32.exe (1) and click open (2).

You will then be brought back to the Netscape option window. Uncheck, "Always ask before opening this type of file."

Then click OK.

Your browser is now setup to handle Adobe PDF/FDF files in Netscape 7.
If that does not work for you, you can either use Internet Explorer or go to an older version of Netscape (4 or 5). We apologize for the inconvenience, we can not control how different browsers choose to support Acrobat documents.
