"How
To" Example Videos
We've
created a few videos that will visually walk you through the process
of some of the basic features of Dog Events Online. If you've never
used the site before, please watch some of the videos to get a feel
for how the site works.
Click one of the
links to the right to open a new browswer window, which will load a video using
Flash. Make sure you have your speakers on and your volume up so you can hear
the audio in the video.
The videos with
examples of how to ENTER an event show the steps to create "Instant Entries"
where you enter online and pay with your credit card. Creating "Mail-In
Entries" follow the same entry creation steps, except instead of adding
the entry to your shopping cart, you'll create a PDF entry form which you can
print and mail in yourself with a check.
You'll
need to have the Flash Player installed to view the videos, and a medium-speed
internet connection speed as the videos are between 1-3MB each. Go to
Adobe's website to download
and install their free player.

Here
are the most common problems and solutions...
1.
You need to REGISTER
once with your name and your dog's information to use any of the
site's event entry and registration features.
2. You need to LOGIN each
time you use the site.
3. We save all of your Registration info on your MY
ACCOUNT page. Go there to make changes.
4. Cookies MUST be enabled in order to use this
online system. For instructions on how to enable cookies on your

Adobe Acrobat Reader |
Required
for Mail-In Entries! It is strongly recommended that
you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed on your computer to view PDF & FDF files
for mail-in entries. For help with downloading and installing Acrobat
Reader, please Click Here.

FDF/PDF Issues (Mail-In Entry appears blank)

If your
entry form appears blank when you are entering a show, then your computer
and Acrobat Reader are having problems loading the .FDF file. Even
if you can normally load .PDF files with no problem, you may have
issues with .FDF files. For help configuring your computer to accept
FDF files, please Click Here
Netscape
6 & 7 do not support Acrobat Form Documents (FDF). For help with this
issue, please Click Here.
