Click on Internet Options.
Then click on the Security tab at the top of the window that opens.
Ensure that the word Internet (under the image of the Earth) is selected. (If it isn't, click on the globe.)
Then click on Custom Level near the bottom of the window.
Scroll down until you reach the Cookies section.
In the cookies section, select Enable or Prompt for both: "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)."
Then click OK.
Click Yes when prompted "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?"
Click OK in the next window.
When you return to the web page, click Refresh on your browser's toolbar.
