On the browser menu at the top of the window, select Edit. Then select Preferences. Click on the Advanced Arrow in the left side of the settings window. Then click on Cookies in the left side of the settings window. On the right side of the settings window, select: Enable all cookies or Enable cookies for the originating web site only, and/or Warn me before storing a cookie. Then click OK. When you return to the web page, click Reload on your browser's toolbar.
